📋 Description

• Support prospective customer sales cycles by understanding business requirements and designing final solutions • Promote MCA Connect’s value proposition through functional demonstrations and technical discussions for Dynamics 365 ERP prospects • Provide functional and technical expertise and leadership on sales engagements • Apply manufacturing, distribution, and financials business expertise • Follow and help facilitate MCA Connect’s value-driven sales process • Identify, understand, and define customer needs, objectives, and business requirements • Prepare RFP responses and demonstration scenarios • Prepare for and conduct Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP software demonstrations • Develop standard presentation materials and demonstration scenarios • Manage the MCA Connect pre-sales process and coordinate sales and pre-sales activities • Contribute to pipeline and revenue generation through workshops, webinars, tradeshows, and company events • Act as a functional and technical liaison among the sales team, implementation team, and prospects/customers • Communicate business requirements to the delivery team after the sale for a smooth transition to implementation

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Business or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and business experience • Minimum 5 years of functional and technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations • Strong knowledge of manufacturing concepts and processes, including discrete, process, and lean manufacturing • Strong professional written and oral communication skills • Ability to converse with prospects from executive/owner level to functional/technical team member level • Ability to explain industry-specific, functional, or technical information clearly and concisely • High energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, and professionalism • Ability to handle prospect questions, issues, and concerns thoughtfully, quickly, and concisely • Self-starter with solid organizational and planning skills • Ability to drive toward completion • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and online applications • Highly motivated and competitive professional
