📋 Description

• Utilize clinical nursing experience to develop plans for meeting patients' health care needs • Serve as a patient advocate • Complete the case management orientation program • Perform rare onsite patient evaluations at homes, hospitals, or other locations as required • Work Monday through Friday without weekends or nights • Maintain high standards and quality work in a remote case management role

🎯 Requirements

• Must be an RN • Must hold an unrestricted license/certification in the state or a state with licensure reciprocity with the office location • Minimum of 2 years of full-time experience in an acute inpatient setting or specialty area, such as ICU, ER, Oncology, NICU, or Acute Rehab • Successful completion of the case management orientation program • Excellent communication skills • Basic typing and computer knowledge • Minimum keyboarding speed of 35 WPM • Previous case management experience helpful but not required • Previous case management or insurance industry experience helpful but not required • No significant physical exertion required • Remote workers must be based in Arizona, Nevada, Idaho, or Utah
