📋 Description

• Partner directly with customers to design, implement, and scale AI Operator solutions • Translate business requirements into technical architectures • Integrate AI systems with enterprise data sources and workflows • Lead secure, scalable solution architecture decisions on the MelodyArc platform • Configure and extend Points, Point Sets, and AI Operators into production workflows • Deliver production-grade solutions spanning data and system integration, AI Operator configuration, Portal experiences, and Recordability • Build AI-powered automations with human-in-the-loop workflows where required • Embed with customer teams to understand problems and demonstrate measurable outcomes • Collaborate with Deployment Strategists, Sales, and Product from pre-sales through production • Contribute reusable accelerators, frameworks, and deployment patterns • Provide troubleshooting, optimization, strategic customer guidance, and product feedback • Help shape the MelodyArc platform and product roadmap based on real-world use cases

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in software development, AI system design, or data/solutions engineering • Strong full-stack engineering background • Proficiency in TypeScript/NodeJS, Python, and SQL • Comfort across backend, frontend, and systems integration • Ability to design, build, and deploy production-grade applications combining data pipelines, AI/ML, and user-facing interfaces • Hands-on experience integrating AI APIs such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or Gemini into real applications • Proven track record delivering technical solutions in enterprise environments with measurable outcomes • Excellent communication skills with engineers through C-level executives • Based in the United States • Professional working proficiency in English • Preferred: experience deploying data or AI/ML products into production at named enterprise accounts • Preferred: familiarity with workflow/orchestration engines, rules- and policy-driven execution, event-driven systems, or agent frameworks • Preferred: experience building enterprise integrations including APIs, webhooks, authentication/authorization, data synchronization, and auditability • Preferred: domain experience in customer service operations, supply chain, or other high-volume business-process operations • Preferred: secure SDLC practices aligned with SOC 2 Type II or similar • Preferred: comfort across managed and self-hosted enterprise infrastructure • Preferred: prior founder, early-team, or top-tier consultancy experience
