📋 Description
• Providing 1:1 coaching to Mento members through virtual sessions • Participating in ongoing training sessions to improve coaching abilities and skills • Communicating with members via Mento email or chat • Acting as an ambassador of the Mento community
🎯 Requirements
• 15+ years experience managing teams and coaching individuals • Team leadership experience carries significant weight • Ability to help engineering leaders develop visibility and impact • Experience leading teams through hypergrowth and transition from startup to scale • Passionate about helping people advance in the workplace • Able to dedicate a minimum of 12+ hours per month to coaching at Mento for the next 24+ months
