• Discuss production search systems and agentic search systems in a 25-minute conversational interview • Explain approaches to search quality, evaluation, impact measurement, and system optimization • Share specific real-world experiences, war stories, and tradeoffs from deployed systems • Potentially participate in a paid 30-minute live conversation with Mercor's team

🎯 Requirements

• Experience shipping production search systems, especially agentic search systems • Experience owning relevance or retrieval for systems used by real users • Experience quantifying impact and improvements for search systems • Experience building systems related to agentic search • Experience scaling data infrastructure for modern search systems • Ability to discuss search quality, evaluation, and tradeoffs from real systems • Completion of a 25-minute conversational interview • LinkedIn URL required for application, unless the applicant does not have a LinkedIn profile
