📋 Description

• Lead, hire, and develop a team of senior engineers • Own the team’s technical strategy and roadmap • Guide the design and evolution of cash and securities ledgers, security master service, position tracking, and reconciliation systems • Partner with product, investment operations, and compliance on business and regulatory requirements • Build operational controls and auditable workflows balancing correctness, scale, and maintainability • Collaborate with Product and Partnerships on integrations and technical roadmaps • Set standards for correctness, reliability, and incident response • Balance new capabilities with maintenance and improvement of critical systems

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing highly technical teams • Direct experience building or operating RIA and broker-dealer custody systems at scale • Experience with ledgers, security master service, cash and securities reconciliation, and money movement • Understanding of the broker-dealer operating model and data flow across introducing brokers, clearing firms, and custodians • Experience translating compliance and operations requirements into practical engineering decisions and effective controls • Understanding of securities lifecycle, settlement, and corporate actions across equities, fixed income, ETFs, and mutual funds
