📋 Description

• Own products end to end, from architecture through shipped code • Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain features across React front ends and C# and Python back ends • Modernize legacy products by setting target architecture and migration paths while maintaining stability • Set architecture direction across the portfolio through shared libraries, reusable components, engineering standards, and governance • Build AI features into existing products and develop new AI use cases with product managers • Lead technical decisions through written trade-off documentation • Provide stakeholders visibility into engineering costs and SLAs • Mentor 5–7 senior engineers • Champion AI-assisted development and modern engineering practices across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years as a software engineer or architect • Experience standing up an architecture hands-on and driving its adoption across an organization • Experience in consulting or professional services preferred • Deep full stack expertise with React and C#/.NET, plus working Python • Azure experience preferred • Track record of modernizing legacy applications in production • Experience shipping AI or LLM features into production applications preferred • Daily use of AI coding tools • DevSecOps habits and hands-on CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code experience • Proven engineering leadership, including leading teams, mentoring senior engineers, and aligning cross-functional groups • Strong written and verbal communication, including with executives • Comfort working in Agile, cross-functional product teams
