📋 Description

• Own end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles globally • Drive direct sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms • Partner with hiring managers to shape profiles, define strategy, and deliver results • Advise on talent market conditions, sourcing feasibility, and hiring best practices • Ensure a structured, timely, and professional candidate experience • Use SmartRecruiters ATS to manage pipelines, reporting, and workflows • Collaborate with a distributed Talent Acquisition team while independently owning roles

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech • Experience ideally in cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or open-source environments • Proven success sourcing and closing candidates across Product Managers, Account Executives, Pre-Sales Architects, and other Go-To-Market roles • Experience partnering with hiring managers as a trusted advisor and providing strategic input on hiring decisions • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, outbound sourcing strategies, and talent market research • Hands-on ATS experience; SmartRecruiters preferred • Ability to manage multiple roles independently, prioritize effectively, and own results from start to finish • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across time zones, teams, and cultures
