📋 Description

• Support, maintain, and optimize applications across iOS, Android, or Windows platforms. • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve platform-specific application issues. • Collaborate with development and QA teams to deliver new features and enhancements. • Support application deployment processes through App Store, Google Play, or Windows Store. • Assist with enterprise mobile device management (MDM) and application security initiatives. • Participate in testing, performance tuning, and platform updates. • Provide technical guidance to project teams and stakeholders. • Document solutions, configurations, and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience supporting application development or platform engineering. • Experience working in one or more of the following environments: iOS (Swift, Objective-C, Xcode, iOS SDK), Android (Kotlin, Java, Android Studio, Android SDK), or Windows (C#, .NET, Visual Studio). • Experience developing, testing, and supporting enterprise-scale applications. • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or Bitrise. • Knowledge of application deployment processes and release management. • Basic understanding of MDM solutions and enterprise mobility technologies. • Experience working in Agile environments utilizing Jira or similar collaboration tools. • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or government-required clearance, if applicable.
