📋 Description

• Review incoming Medical Service Authorizations and medical paperwork to create new clients, update existing clients, and close accounts as needed • Correspond and follow up with Agency Case Managers via email, State Portal Messaging, and phone calls • Troubleshoot and resolve account issues • Coordinate with Logistics, Customer Care, Billing, and Compliance • Assist other departments with Intake-related inquiries • Manage a queue of incoming documents in the CRM system • Operate within service level agreements while maintaining accuracy for billing and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Basic Microsoft Office skills • Previous data entry skills • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to problem solve issues in a timely manner • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications and utilize search tools • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and adjust as needed in a fast-paced environment • Ability to achieve high production and quality standards • Ability to work effectively in both team and individual environments • Sincerity and passion for helping people • Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values • Wired internet connection using an ethernet port; cable modem/service or fiber optic required • Quiet workspace free from distraction • Must be located in Iowa • Some college experience or equivalent (preferred) • Medical billing terminology (preferred) • Ability to perform repetitive wrist, hand, and/or finger motions • Ability to sit in a stationary position for prolonged periods • Visual perception including peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
