📋 Description

• Own HiBob HRIS and the data flowing from it • Build and refine HRIS architecture, automations, and workflows • Optimize integrations with Gusto, Sequoia, B-Swift, and Fidelity • Manage the first line of the general People inbox • Triage incoming requests and route them to the appropriate person • Take on well-scoped, unstructured specialty projects as priorities shift • Build and own a People metrics dashboard for the board, executives, and leadership • Run the operational and systems side of People programs • Improve People team systems and processes as the company scales

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in People/HR operations, ideally at a startup or fast-scaling company • Hands-on ownership of an HRIS; experience configuring and maintaining an HRIS, with HiBob a plus • Experience building HRIS workflows, fields, and automations • Comfort with integrations and data flow; ability to connect systems, identify data breaks, and fix them • Strong people data and reporting skills • Real fluency with AI tools, including specific examples of how they have been used • Ability to support a distributed, multi-state workforce; multi-country workforce experience is ideally beneficial • Clear communication skills • Ability to work synchronously mostly from 9 AM–2 PM PT and asynchronously across time zones
