📋 Description

• Own the full stack development lifecycle for internal AI tools, from prototyping and proof-of-concept development through production scaling, beta testing, and ongoing maintenance • Build complex agents using Glean and N8N • Use AI-enhanced IDE tools such as Cursor to develop agents, workflows, and full stack applications • Test internally developed tools against external vendors to assess solution efficacy • Collaborate with product managers and Enterprise Systems teams to securely integrate key data sources • Ensure agents and applications follow UX best practices and are accessible to less technical business users • Determine when agentic workflows are preferable to business-logic-focused solutions • Select the most suitable internal development tools for specific use cases • Manage production cost envelopes and test LLM models to balance performance and token consumption costs • Create and maintain documentation for launched solutions • Train end-users on launched tools • Stay current with advancements in LLMs and agentic orchestration

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of AI fundamentals, including context windows, token consumption, compute costs, chunking, and performance benchmarks • Knowledge of API usage, scripting, SQL/SOQL, and Python fundamentals • Experience with prompt engineering for complex tasks • Experience leveraging foundational models such as Gemini, GPT, and Claude through web interfaces and APIs • Familiarity with agentic orchestration layers and MCP • Experience building complex agents using Glean and N8N • Experience using AI-enhanced IDE tools such as Cursor • Ability to integrate key data sources securely within Motive's data governance structure • Ability to balance LLM performance with token consumption cost • Applicant must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations
