📋 Description

• Perform preventative maintenance service calls on customer systems on a regular schedule • Schedule time efficiently to deliver service and fulfill service requirements • Ensure timely completion of preventative maintenance work • Perform hands-on maintenance, repairs, and adjustments on production build fixtures, test fixtures, and various production equipment • Install, repair, organize, and maintain designated production equipment • Analyze mechanical and operational problems and take corrective action to maximize safe production and product quality • Record preventative maintenance results, including Work Order, Status, and associated notes • Install and set up sensors, solenoids, and switching based on fixture requirements • Provide chronic memos or customer notes to other technicians

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of experience supporting and maintaining industrial equipment • High School Diploma or Equivalent • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required • Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position • Strong mechanical skill set with hands-on experience in pneumatic and hydraulic hardware maintenance, tool calibration, and basic electrical concepts and repair • Proficient in using hand, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic tools • Proficient computer skills with the ability to build and execute projects directly from technical documentation • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted • Comfortable working on ladders and overhead lifts • Position requires 50% or more travel / over 50% travel
