📋 Description

• Build HubSpot instances under the Solutions Architect's direction, including objects, properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, workflows, permissions, and reporting • Plan and execute data migrations into HubSpot, including extraction, field mapping, deduplication, validation, and post-migration reconciliation • Configure automation across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hub • Set up integrations between HubSpot and client systems using native connectors, iPaaS tools, and the HubSpot API • Audit inherited portals and document existing, broken, and retired components • Test implementations by validating record counts, automation logic, and reporting accuracy • Produce client-facing documentation and deliver client training • Participate in client calls to gather requirements, demo work, and explain technical constraints • Track time across concurrent projects and flag scope creep • Contribute to internal playbooks, templates, and reusable implementation assets

🎯 Requirements

• Active, current HubSpot certification; at minimum Marketing Hub Software and/or Sales Hub Software certification • 2+ years of hands-on HubSpot configuration experience • At least one personally executed HubSpot implementation or migration • Demonstrated data migration experience, including field mapping, deduplication, high-volume import and export, and cleanup of messy source data • Working knowledge of HubSpot's data model, including objects, associations, and properties • Strong spreadsheet skills for data transformation • Ability to support multiple clients simultaneously and switch context without dropping details • Clear written and verbal communication with non-technical stakeholders • Genuine interest in learning systems beyond HubSpot • U.S. citizenship
