📋 Description

• Build backend services in C# and .NET Core • Build and maintain REST APIs consumed by verification providers and employer systems • Integrate with employer payroll platforms and HR systems • Normalize employment and payroll data across inconsistent source formats • Support authentication and authorization workflows for employees and employers • Build event processing for verification requests and responses • Review code • Work in Agile cycles • Troubleshoot production issues • Work alongside senior engineers and report to the Director of Technology Solutions • Handle sensitive employment and income data responsibly

🎯 Requirements

• Three or more years building production software • Working depth in C#, .NET Core, REST APIs, JSON, and relational databases • Experience integrating with third-party or enterprise systems • Judgment to handle partner APIs that return bad data • Comfort in cloud environments and modern Git workflows • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States • Candidates must perform the work from a verified United States residence • Government-issued ID and identity verification required before technical assessment • Technical assessments are proctored; third-party assistance ends candidacy • Employment history, identity, and work authorization are verified before an offer is finalized • Preferred: Microsoft Azure, enterprise SaaS integration work, secure coding and data protection practices
