📋 Description

• You proactively reach out to decision-makers and personalize your outreach (phone, LinkedIn, email, etc.) to generate outbound leads, qualify them, and schedule meetings for sales conversations. • You are creative and actively look for new ways to generate leads. • Cold-calling accounts for about 90% of your working time, with the target of making 60 calls per day. • You attend trade shows and events to network and meet potential customers. • You maintain and update customer data in our CRM. • Depending on your performance and length of service, you have the opportunity to progress to an Account Executive role.

🎯 Requirements

• You are fluent in German (spoken and written) and have a good command of English in a professional context. • Ideally, you have some experience in a B2B SaaS environment. • You have at least 1 year of experience in cold calling / telephone-based new customer acquisition. • You are a hunter — creative, positive, and possess a dynamic personality. • You enjoy thinking outside the box and finding new ways to achieve your goals. • You are not afraid to pick up the phone and persuade potential customers. • You are outgoing and have excellent communication skills (verbal and written). • You are eager to learn and motivated to continuously develop while contributing to your team’s success. • You are familiar with some of these tools: LinkedIn, Pipedrive, Ringover, Modjo, HubSpot.
