📋 Description

• Build critical web applications and services in the Oncology domain alongside full-stack and UI engineers • Contribute hands-on coding, design, and architecture to engineering initiatives • Define technical requirements, solutions, and timelines with product management and stakeholders • Drive technical roadmap execution and lead architectural decisions • Participate in code reviews and promote code quality, testing, and documentation • Establish engineering best practices and quality standards • Balance technical debt with new feature development • Mentor developers and guide engineers’ growth • Work with systems handling Protected Health Information (PHI) and sensitive data • Complete HIPAA/PHI privacy and compliance training within 30 days and maintain current Natera training status

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience • Strong modern web development background using React and JavaScript/TypeScript • Experience with complex embedding patterns, including iframes and cross-origin messaging • Experience programming with JavaScript frameworks such as NextJS • Understanding of backend systems, APIs, and databases such as PostgreSQL or Snowflake • Experience with cloud infrastructure and providers; AWS preferred • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and successful project delivery • Deep expertise in system design and highly scalable distributed systems • Experience developing enterprise applications using JavaScript/TypeScript or similar modern web languages • Strong hands-on coding, design, and architecture skills • Ability to use Cursor and Claude to augment development workflows • Excellent project management skills in Agile environments • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively • HIPAA/PHI privacy and compliance training must be completed within 30 days
