📋 Description

• Own large technical initiatives from design through delivery • Make architectural decisions and modernize legacy applications • Solve complex business problems end-to-end • Design, optimize, and support scalable service-based or distributed systems • Build or maintain high-volume batch processing and background job systems • Process large datasets related to eligibility, claims, and remittance files • Translate regulated insurance and payments workflows into scalable technical solutions • Partner with Product and domain experts to solve ambiguous problems • Mentor other engineers and raise the team’s technical bar • Consider long-term business and technical ROI when building solutions • Work across the Microsoft stack, including .NET Core/.NET Framework and SQL Server • Develop modern front-end solutions with React and Angular • Work in AWS environments using CI/CD practices • Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve development velocity and software quality

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software development experience • Minimum of 8+ years in a .Net Framework • 3+ years in Reactjs • 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science background • Strong experience with .NET Core/.NET Framework • Experience with React and Angular • SQL Server and query optimization • High-volume batch processing and background jobs • Domain-Driven Design (DDD) • Service-based and distributed architectures • AWS Cloud Services with CI/CD practices • Complex data workflows and integrations • Experience designing scalable systems • Experience working in AWS environments • Experience with insurance, healthcare tech, fintech, insurance tech, or regulated B2B SaaS environments preferred by context • Authorized to work in the United States • Must work from one of the following states: Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, or Texas • Must be willing to travel monthly • Experience with Terraform, GraphQL, Elasticsearch, event-driven architectures, and monitoring/APM tools is nice to have • Experience with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or other AI-assisted development tools • Experience with agentic workflows or AI-driven testing is a plus
