📋 Description

• Provide responsive technical assistance and document configuration to support processes • Work independently to understand and document business needs • Work with additional functional teams to ensure optimal operations of application development • Support change control and testing processes for modifications to application systems • Research and recommend innovative, automated approaches to business needs • Identify approaches that leverage resources and provide economies of scale • Develop and maintain documentation of custom processes • Provide backup administration support to other ASA teammates • Provide after-hours support • Develop within Microsoft SaaS platforms including Teams, SharePoint, and CoPilot • Develop within Microsoft Power Platform, including RPA development and complex bot development • Develop within Atlassian SaaS platforms • Develop within Oracle Fusion, ORMB, and OIC ERP platforms • Develop within Dynamics D365 CRM Platform • Administer data movement tools such as SmartConnect • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree in the field of Computer Science or equivalent work experience required • 1+ year relevant work experience preferred • Knowledge of programming languages and environments using structured techniques; system analysis and design principles • Hands-on enterprise application troubleshooting experience • Working technical knowledge of network, PC, Windows Operating systems, Microsoft/Oracle databases, process automation, and Agile Project Methodology • Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information • Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws; including SSAE16, HIPPA, and URAC • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives • Ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees • Remote work unavailable to residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Maine, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, West Virginia, and Wyoming • Work schedule: M-F 8am to 5pm
