📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles from intake through offer in partnership with hiring managers • Source active and passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, and niche technical communities • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess technical fit and experience • Partner with hiring managers to build job descriptions, define interview panels, and set evaluation criteria • Coordinate and schedule interviews, gather feedback, and keep the process moving • Extend verbal offers and partner with the Onboarding Specialist on offer letters and paperwork • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical talent, especially senior network, infrastructure, and security engineers and architects • Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in a technology, IT services, or managed services environment • Proven experience recruiting for senior or specialized engineering/architecture roles strongly preferred • Strong sourcing skills (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, niche communities) • Solid understanding of network engineering, infrastructure, and security terminology • Excellent relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open requisitions • Sound judgment handling confidential candidate and compensation data • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Proficiency with an ATS and standard recruiting/sourcing tools; Greenhouse is used • Working knowledge of U.S. employment law and hiring compliance • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and video-conferencing tools • Must reside in the U.S. and be authorized to work without sponsorship • Reliable home internet and a dedicated, distraction-free remote workspace
