📋 Description

• Lead technology and services client integrations across product segments, ensuring seamless transition into RCM operations • Direct new client implementations from contract through go-live and stabilization, including project planning, resource allocation, milestone tracking and executive status reporting • Oversee integration of RCM products and solutions into client workflows and internal operations • Develop, implement and maintain RCM SOPs, playbooks and implementation methodologies • Design and deliver client and internal training programs and materials • Serve as the RCM subject matter expert for product development, workflow design and operational feedback • Partner with product management to prioritize enhancements, optimize products and measure adoption, performance and ROI • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with Operations, Technology, Client Success, Sales and Finance • Establish implementation and integration KPIs, monitor performance, identify risks and drive resolution and escalation • Build, lead and develop a high-performing implementation and integration team • Perform other duties supporting the overall objective of the position

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Management Information Systems or related field, or any combination of education and experience which would provide the required qualifications • 10+ years of progressive RCM experience or related leadership roles • 5+ years of experience leading RCM technology and/or services implementations, integrations or large-scale client onboarding • Experience developing SOPs, training programs and implementation playbooks • Demonstrated experience managing vendors, budgets and cross-functional projects • Practice Management Software experience • Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management best practices, RCM technology, practice management systems and integration processes, and implementation and project management methodologies • Knowledge and understanding of business processes and drivers for providers across large and small market segments • Leadership, executive-level communication and presentation, project and program management, vendor management, negotiation, training and facilitation, strategic and analytical skills • Ability to lead complex implementations and integrations to on-time, on-budget delivery; translate operational needs into product requirements; develop clear and repeatable SOPs and training; manage and establish credibility within an organization; demonstrate supportive cross-functional relationships; oversee and balance multiple competing priorities • PMP, HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) or related certification preferred • NGE and NGO platform experience strongly preferred
