📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day relationships with affiliate and CPA network partners • Track campaign performance metrics, including clicks, conversions, EPC, and ROI • Onboard new affiliates and ensure they have the required creative assets and links • Identify top-performing offers and flag underperformers for review • Coordinate with content and social teams to align affiliate promotions with campaigns • Maintain accurate records of affiliate agreements, payouts, and performance benchmarks • Research new affiliate opportunities and emerging CPA networks

🎯 Requirements

• No degree required • Familiarity with affiliate marketing concepts is a plus; training provided for the right person • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple partner relationships • Comfortable working in spreadsheets and basic analytics dashboards • Clear written communication for regular interaction with external partners • Ability to work independently and prioritize without constant oversight • Reliable internet and a quiet, professional remote workspace
