📋 Description

• Lead development of the cloud native platform built on Kubernetes and other cloud-native technologies • Contribute to and help shape the engineering roadmap with management and business stakeholders • Contribute to enterprise features expected from a cloud native platform • Develop best practices and support knowledge sharing and mentoring • Lead and collaborate with engineering teams in an Agile environment • Foster an environment encouraging innovative solutions, rapid development cycles, and open communication • Design, build, and scale the Kubernetes Product Platform • Simplify performance, reliability, security, and operational needs to bring products and services to market faster

🎯 Requirements

• 12 years of relevant experience • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or its equivalent • Leadership experience in Cloud Native Platform Engineering • Experience building and operating highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable production services using Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies • Expert knowledge of the Go programming language • Comfortable leveraging Python or Bash for scripting needs • Expertise in networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, and HTTP • Knowledge of Linux-based operating systems • Expertise leveraging CI/CD tools • For US-based candidates, compensation varies by relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location
