📋 Description

• Source passive candidates through tailored outreach and convert them into applicants • Manage inbound applications across LinkedIn, Indeed, and Ashby, moving candidates forward or out within 48 hours • Conduct first-round phone or video screens using NORY's structured interview rubric • Track weekly recruiting metrics, including applicants by source, time-to-screen, screen-to-offer, and pass-through rates • Coordinate scheduling between candidates and hiring managers • Maintain a warm bench of strong candidates for future openings • Partner with hiring managers across Operations, Customer Happiness, Curriculum, Marketing, and Camp Delivery to fill priority openings

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, in-house or agency • Track record of sourcing passive candidates • Ability to write outreach that gets replies, with real examples • Familiarity with at least one modern ATS (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever) • Confidence using LinkedIn Recruiter • Strong organizational and systems-management skills • Ability to assess candidate quality honestly • Availability for 10 to 20 hours per week • Availability for Monday planning sync and Friday metrics review • Contractor (1099) engagement • Ability to complete the application questions on Ashby
