📋 Description

• Bring NPower’s no-cost SkillBridge Cybersecurity Program to transitioning service members • Serve as the program’s primary in-person representative across the eastern United States • Travel regularly to military installations, recruiting events, and military-affiliated functions, with the heaviest concentration in Virginia • Promote the program through social media and professional networking channels • Build and grow partnerships and referral pipelines with TAP offices, command and installation contacts, National Guard units, and veteran-serving organizations • Deliver briefings and information sessions • Guide applicants through a supportive, well-organized admissions process from first contact through enrollment • Maintain applicant and pipeline records in Salesforce • Track recruitment metrics to strengthen outreach • Report to the SkillBridge Operations Director

🎯 Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in recruitment, admissions, outreach, or workforce development • Experience working with active-duty service members, veterans, or military-connected communities • Skill creating engaging social media content for a specific audience, or strong aptitude for it • Clear and persuasive communication skills, from one-on-one conversations to large briefings • Organized and self-directed • Comfortable with CRM tools; Salesforce preferred • Willingness and ability to travel frequently • Must reside in the Arlington, VA area and Eastern Time • Must be able to obtain and maintain credentials and installation clearance for regular access to a U.S. military installation • Must meet applicable military installation eligibility requirements and comply with required security and access procedures • Prior military service or experience as a military recruiter (nice to have, not required) • A bachelor’s degree in a related field (nice to have, not required) • Familiarity with DoD SkillBridge, Transition Assistance Programs (TAP), or similar transition initiatives (nice to have, not required)
