📋 Description

• Manage projects from brief through to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met. • Build trusted client relationships and develop a strong understanding of their products, priorities and medical affairs strategy. • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and effective project delivery. • Manage project finances, including estimates, tracking, reconciliation and forecasting. • Support and mentor junior team members, helping to create a collaborative and high-performing team. • Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships and expand the support provided. • Support clients in communicating medical research clearly, accurately, and with impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (Life Sciences preferred) • 3+ years of experience in project management or a similar role • Background in medical communications or the pharmaceutical industry • Experience managing medical affairs projects • Proficient in Veeva (required) • Ability to manage multiple projects while tracking timelines, budgets, and quality • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for project finance tracking and management • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to build positive, productive relationships
