📋 Description

• Manage, coach, and develop a distributed team of senior security and infrastructure engineers • Own hiring, growth, and performance management • Partner with engineers on the roadmap for the security control plane, foundational security services, and autonomous security operations • Run lightweight planning focused on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement • Staff efforts with appropriately sized teams and clear accountable owners • Raise engineering standards for tested code, observability, operational readiness, documentation, and human ownership of AI-assisted work • Translate complex, fast-moving risk into actionable information for executives • Build partnerships across DGX Cloud platform, SRE, networking, and NVIDIA security teams • Engineer security risk out of existence across a GPU fleet numbering in the hundreds of thousands

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing engineers • 14+ years of broader experience across software engineering, SRE, infrastructure, or security • Hands-on depth in infrastructure, distributed systems, or security engineering • Experience attracting, hiring, and developing excellent engineers • Experience building repeatable and fair interview and calibration practices • Ability to turn high-stakes, loosely defined mandates into sequenced, measurable delivery • Working understanding of cloud-native architecture • Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration • Knowledge of identity and access, policy enforcement, and vulnerability management • Experience delivering through partner teams without direct authority • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
