📋 Description

• Provide consultative services, advice, guidance and assistance to FDA employees and managers • Support employees and managers in employee benefits, work life programs and Reasonable Accommodations • Participate as part of a new centralized shared services model team • Advise on retirement planning, including voluntary retirement, early retirement, disability retirement and death in service • Support federal employee benefits programs including FEHB, HDHP with HSA, FSA, FEGLI and long-term care insurance • Support EAP, FMLA, reasonable accommodations, VLTP and workers compensation programs • Participate in informational forums sponsored by OPM, providers or other groups

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Minimum of three (3) years of experience within a federal agency environment • Experience with retirement and benefits administration in the federal sector • Current knowledge of federal benefits administration and work life programs • Working knowledge of federal HR laws and regulations related to retirement and benefits • Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to navigate complex situations and provide effective solutions • Strong analytical thinking skills and attention to detail • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities • Ethical and professional conduct with commitment to confidentiality and integrity • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), HRIS and other relevant software • Ability to obtain and maintain the required government security clearance • U.S. Citizen
