• Analyze and investigate customer and transactional data and activity to identify and confirm suspicious activity • File Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) with regulatory agencies for escalated activity • Maintain service levels and workload in accordance with policies, procedures, and compliance standards • Answer inbound and outbound calls to support monitoring strategies and customer inquiries • Maintain Production, Quality, and Leadership standards for assigned workstreams • Perform other duties as assigned
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent • Minimum of two years of related experience • Attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Self-sufficient and well organized
