📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and system performance technologies • Specify, operate, and maintain Windows and Linux server and desktop operating systems • Ensure production infrastructure meets service-level commitments and performance standards • Administer Active Directory Enterprise and Group Policy, and automate processes using PowerShell and VBScript • Serve as subject matter expert for Windows engineering, Citrix infrastructure, Microsoft 365 administration, and Epic Hyperspace and Desktop • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance on complex technical challenges • Lead or participate in complex customer and internal projects with cross-functional teams • Research and propose system and platform improvements • Develop technical specifications and roadmaps for enterprise solutions integrating with Epic and related operational databases • Identify process optimization and problem-prevention opportunities • Automate routine tasks and optimize hardware/software platforms to improve performance and reduce downtime • Document and standardize system procedures • Participate in an on-call rotation and act as an escalation point for technical issues • Maintain documentation and contribute to OCHIN’s IT knowledge repository • Travel nationally for on-site go-live support or training as required

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience implementing and administering infrastructure services such as SQL, IIS, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and CIFS • Minimum 3 years’ Azure experience required • 5 or more years’ infrastructure experience preferred • More than 4 years’ AWS cloud-hosting services experience preferred • Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware and XenServer preferred • Familiarity with SolarWinds Orion monitoring platform is a plus • If Epic or other vendor certifications are required for the role, successfully pass the exam within 6 months of completing coursework • Complete a 50–60-minute competency assessment before the team interview • Legally authorized to work permanently in the United States at the time of application • Not eligible for employment visa sponsorship or transfer of existing employment-based visas • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office • High-speed internet service • Distraction-free workplace • Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English • Ability to be on camera for all virtual meetings • Willingness to travel nationally, potentially up to 20%, based on business requirements • COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption before hire
