📋 Description

• Treat patients via telehealth visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups • Participate in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities • Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles • Apply specific clinical training to provide exceptional virtual patient care • Provide evidence-based primary care to One Medical patients in concert with their primary care providers • Care for patients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year through a team-based approach

🎯 Requirements

• Completion of a Master’s Degree in an accredited physician assistant program (MSPAS) • Maintain an active NCCPA certification • In the past 5 years, practice as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in outpatient primary care seeing patients of all ages, or 2 years in urgent care or emergency medicine seeing patients of all ages • Currently licensed in NY, with ability to obtain additional state licenses • Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts; every Saturday or Sunday required • Ability to work current shifts ranging from 6am–5pm EST, 7am–6pm EST, 8am–7pm EST, 11am–10pm EST, or 1pm–12am EST • Excellent clinical and communication skills • Passion for human-centered primary care • Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds • Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care • Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care • Desire to be an integral part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare delivery • Openness to feedback and reflection • Ability to confidently navigate uncertain situations with patients and colleagues • Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet patient needs • Authorization to work in the U.S. verified through E-Verify
