📋 Description

• Maintain and improve core infrastructure supporting production systems • Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines • Support and implement voice integration solutions across products • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to prioritize and execute infrastructure and development work • Monitor systems, respond to alerts, and troubleshoot critical infrastructure issues • Manage and prioritize a backlog of infrastructure and integration tasks across multiple teams • Assist with client integrations, including configuration and deployment of technical solutions • Contribute to high-availability, scalable, and fault-tolerant system design • Work with distributed teams, including international DevOps teams, to extend coverage across time zones • Participate in regular syncs, standups, and planning sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript and backend development (Node.js) • Experience with databases: PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB, and Redis • Strong understanding of backend architecture, including microservices, event-driven, and serverless architectures • DevOps background with hands-on infrastructure experience • Experience with AWS services, including VPC, S3, EC2, Lambda, ECS/EKS, CloudWatch, and Route53 • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK • Experience with Docker and containerized environments • Ability to troubleshoot and respond to production issues under pressure • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams • Fluent English • Experience with voice technologies or voice-enabled systems is nice to have • Experience with Kubernetes, including EKS, GKE, or K3s, is nice to have • Experience with ArgoCD or Kubernetes Operators is nice to have • Familiarity with multi-cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, and GCP, is nice to have • Experience with AWS DevOps tools such as CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, and Systems Manager is nice to have • AWS or Kubernetes certifications, including CKAD, are nice to have • Experience with AWS Bedrock or other AI/voice-related services is nice to have • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Position does not include visa sponsorship
