📋 Description

• Provide full end-to-end payroll processing support for managed payroll customers • Manage multiple customers and deadlines in a fast-paced customer team environment • Act as the named specialist for Managed Payroll and Payroll Administrative customers • Support OSV payroll, tax, and garnishment customers across service levels as needed • Manage and respond to daily cases while meeting service level agreements and client satisfaction goals • Respond to internal escalated cases from payroll teams and stakeholders • Resolve customer issues and escalations; perform and document root cause analyses and implement remedial procedures • Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly client calls • Participate in new client transitions and service-area calls, including tax • Configure basic to medium-complexity Workday pay components, deductions, and run categories • Support year-end processes and special projects • Troubleshoot quarter-end and year-end audit reports and make recommendations to customers • Meet quality and production metrics and scorecards • Maintain payroll services support documentation • Collaborate with peers and customer teams to support customers and resolve requests

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree required • 3+ years of payroll experience involving end-to-end processing, research, payroll logic, and troubleshooting • 3+ years of customer experience, or proven skills to operate at this experience level • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel • Strong understanding of payroll taxes, intermediate payroll configuration, and payroll compliance • Experience with multi-jurisdiction tax, payroll year-end, and W-2 support and adjustments • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent critical thinking, consultative, problem-solving, organizational, analytical, data entry, research, mathematical, and time-management skills • Ability to multitask, support multiple customers, meet tight deadlines, and manage competing demands • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships • Strong understanding of payroll processes and procedures • Ability to exercise independent judgment and a sense of urgency • Preferred: experience in an outsourcing environment, Workday, and Salesforce programs
