📋 Description

• Convert data from PeopleSoft Finance and HR and supporting systems to the Workday ERP • Ensure data conversion accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project timelines • Create scripts to extract data from PeopleSoft tables • Perform data cleansing as instructed by the Senior Data Developer • Create extensive documentation of requirements and script logic • Frequently update scripts to provide data extracts as instructed by the Senior Data Conversion Developer • Follow the program’s guiding principles and ways of working

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data conversion development in Python and data management • Good understanding of data mapping, data modeling, and data integration concepts • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills • Effective communication and collaboration abilities • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment • Ability to self-manage and operate independently • Ability to manage complex data conversion activities • Ability to adjust priorities as data conversion work pace and needs require
