📋 Description

• Develop water treatment solutions aligned with customer needs and sales strategy • Manage and lead projects by owning technical sizing and proposal development • Collaborate with Business Development to evaluate customer requests and align technical design with commercial strategy • Design treatment solutions using process engineering principles and Onterris tools • Select equipment and controls for treatment processes • Consult functional teams and subject matter experts to confirm process designs and create proposal content • Develop capital and operating cost estimates using internal tools and third-party suppliers • Provide process engineering support and lead technical handover to the project delivery team • Create proposal-level BFDs, PFDs, and layouts • Perform literature and web-based technical research • Assist with technical proposals, project summaries, and pilot test summaries • Travel as needed, primarily domestically, for customer discussions or product delivery • Perform other duties as assigned • Contribute to a safety-first culture and apply creative problem-solving skills

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental, Process engineering or related field • 5+ years of related work experience • FE/EIT desired but not required • Proficient in MS Office products • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Self-starter with effective time management/prioritization skills • Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently • Valid driver's license • Reliable form of transportation to travel to job sites and the office
