📋 Description

• Support OnTrac’s payroll team during high-volume periods by performing payroll administration tasks • Process bi-weekly and weekly U.S. multi-state payroll accurately and on time • Audit source documents and prepare payroll data according to department guidelines • Execute income verifications • Respond professionally to internal and external inquiries • Use Excel and payroll systems to input, maintain, and retrieve data • Provide courteous and knowledgeable customer service to employees and stakeholders • Support special projects and perform other payroll-related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred • 3–5 years of end-to-end payroll processing experience • Experience in multi-state, high-volume payroll environments • Working knowledge of payroll, tax, and benefits administration • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, and COUNTIF • Ceridian DayForce experience preferred • CPP or FPC certification preferred • Detail-oriented and able to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities • Clear and professional written and verbal communication • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to improve processes • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong understanding of payroll compliance and current regulations
