📋 Description

• Source, engage, and recruit talent for open positions • Coordinate job postings, interviews, and candidate activities • Manage new hire onboarding, orientation, employee offboarding, and exit interviews • Manage the performance review cycle, including HRIS administration, communications, and completion tracking • Respond to and resolve employee HR inquiries • Support benefits administration and communicate benefits options • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations • Promote adherence to HR policies and procedures • Manage employee recognition programs and workplace culture initiatives • Maintain accurate employee records • Support people-focused training initiatives • Advise managers and employees on company policies, performance management, and employee relations • Assist with implementation, testing, adoption, training, troubleshooting, and documentation for HR software systems • Support HR projects, cross-functional initiatives, audits, and reporting requests • Promote a positive work environment and open communication • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, human resources, or a related field • 5–7 years’ experience in Human Resources • Paycor HRIS experience required • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, employment law, and best practices • Familiarity with multi-state labor laws • SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certification preferred • Talent acquisition experience preferred • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
