📋 Description

• Partner with leaders, managers, and employees in Customer Advisory Services, Finance, and Legal to align people and business strategies • Act as a resource and advisor to employees • Foster trust through clear HR processes • Develop leadership capability and provide coaching and support throughout the employee lifecycle • Partner with the broader People team and internal stakeholders on performance and talent reviews • Support compensation planning, performance management, career development, leadership coaching, organizational design, headcount planning, and employee relations • Drive high-performing teams and contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels • Foster an inclusive and engaging culture where employees are empowered to do their best work

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of HR experience, including at least 5 years as a People Business Partner supporting senior leadership in fast-paced, scaling organizations • Deep HR expertise with a strong working knowledge of state and federal employment laws and best practices • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to distill complex, ambiguous situations into simple, clear, and actionable strategies • Data-driven mindset, with experience leveraging people metrics and insights to design and execute impactful talent strategies that align with business goals • Background checks are required • Experience supporting global, matrixed teams within the technology or SaaS sector (preferred) • Prior experience partnering with Customer Success, Support, and Professional Services organizations (preferred)
