📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and implement resilient software solutions • Lead the team through consistent software development best practices • Mentor and guide junior engineers • Document “as is” and “to be” processes and required migration changes • Discuss and recommend technical developments to improve software solutions and infrastructure • Produce concepts and prototypes for technical solution designs • Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy • Develop, automate, and perform complex testing and monitoring • Diagnose and correct application functionality and performance issues • Implement comprehensive solution monitoring • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues • Collaborate with product owners, designers, and engineers on product roadmaps • Develop work breakdown schedules and estimates for software project delivery timelines • Maintain a technical roadmap and prioritize development work against business requirements • Guide and support continuous integration activities • Evaluate external developments and emerging issues for organizational impact or usefulness • Participate in development planning, training, coaching, and ongoing technology education

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Computer Science or related field • 3 to 6 years of experience as an experienced practitioner • 4 to 6 months of basic experience coordinating the work of others • Understanding and application of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Object or component-oriented development • Database interfaces and queries • Cloud computing and management of cloud-based infrastructure and services • Systems/service testing and reporting • Software and environment installation, setup, configuration, and management • Monitoring, root-cause diagnosis, and remediation of technology solution issues • Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and oversee activities • Ability to assimilate data and information from various sources and draw conclusions • Ability to document current and future states of technology and operational processes • Ability to create technical documentation, specifications, and solution/architecture designs
