📋 Description

• Lead enterprise data architecture by setting technical direction, standards, and priorities for data pipelines, architecture, automation, and governance • Design and govern scalable end-to-end pipelines, data models, integrations, APIs, and cloud data warehouse solutions • Advance orchestration, CI/CD, automated data quality, schema management, and self-healing patterns • Establish standards for data access, security, lineage, metadata, quality, discoverability, and privacy • Partner with technical and ministry leaders to deliver trusted data solutions supporting analytics, AI, machine learning, and future digital capabilities • Mentor data professionals • Build the data foundation supporting ministry decisions and operations across a global organization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience • 5–10 years in data engineering, data architecture, or senior data platform roles • Strong experience designing enterprise-scale pipelines, data models, integrations, and cloud data platforms • Experience with Snowflake, SQL, dbt, Airflow, Fivetran, and Python • Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, event-driven architectures, and Azure services • Experience with Salesforce CRM/Marketing Cloud integrations • Proven ability to establish data governance, security, RBAC, quality, lineage, metadata, and privacy practices • Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable solutions • Experience with Agile delivery • Knowledge of CCPA/GDPR • Strong communication and technical mentoring skills • A life marked by biblical values, spiritual maturity, and a commitment to growing in Christ • SnowPro, dbt, AWS, or Azure certifications are valued
