📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain the organization’s data architecture • Develop and maintain enterprise data models, schemas, and standards • Define data flows and integration patterns between systems, including Snowflake • Oversee logical and physical database design for performance and scalability • Collaborate with DBAs on optimization, capacity planning, and Snowflake performance management • Establish data quality, security, and compliance standards • Implement metadata management and maintain a data dictionary • Design and optimize ETL/ELT processes for data warehousing and analytics • Ensure interoperability between on-premises and cloud systems • Work with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into data solutions • Provide guidance on data modeling best practices • Ensure data architecture meets performance SLAs and security requirements • Implement encryption, access controls, and audit mechanisms across traditional DBMS and Snowflake environments • Evaluate emerging cloud, big data, and AI/ML technologies • Recommend improvements to data architecture, including Snowflake optimization and new cloud capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Available only to current Ohio residents • H1B, OPT, USC only • Experience in data architecture, database design, and data modeling • Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or similar RDBMS • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS • Experience with ETL tools, APIs, and integration frameworks • Expertise with modern cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake • Experience designing and optimizing ETL/ELT processes for data warehousing and analytics
