📋 Description

• Lead the regional clinical excellence managers through account management and customer success • Foster clinical excellence team relationships and partner with customers to support high standards of patient care • Participate in the sales process with the sales team and collaborate to expand partial customer footprints • Support customer education, implementation, adoption, product use, and customer success across Outset offerings • Provide education, Outset documentation, product-related input, implementation support, and best-practice guidance without making customer clinical or operational decisions • Ensure routine and quality customer business reviews are executed • Provide in-person and virtual support to customers, partners, and Outset team members • Assist with business, clinical, operational, and financial action planning • Partner with stakeholders to advance strategic priorities and participate in policy and procedure creation • Develop clinical strategies to expand medical-device utilization and identify best practices for installations and program expansion • Lead refresh strategies and transition problem accounts • Support training programs and clinical excellence team development • Manage external vendors and provide feedback for timely strategy and program execution • Manage customer escalations and internal and external stakeholder relationships • Track and communicate team priorities, metrics, and successes • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards • Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field • Registered Nurse (RN) • 2+ years of nursing leadership experience in a healthcare or medical device setting • Proficiency in compliance regulations and standards • Strong communication and leadership skills • Experience developing a business plan and financial models • Deep understanding of the health system accreditation process • Strong process and quality improvement background • Competence translating data and analytics into action plans • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications • Willingness to travel extensively, up to 75% • Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional work environment • Ability to work effectively under pressure and multitask • Goal-oriented and committed to driving initiatives to resolution • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong customer relationships • Desired qualifications include MSN or MBA, DNP, medical device industry experience or collaboration, and functional knowledge of dialysis or other relevant medical technologies • Advanced nursing or related-field certifications preferred • Preferred certifications include CNE, NEA-BC, CPHQ, CNL, CMSRN, and CCRN
