âą Develop and execute the enterprise IT strategy, roadmap, and operating model aligned with business objectives âą Lead and oversee infrastructure, cybersecurity, compliance, business applications, data management, and technical support operations âą Manage global technology infrastructure, including cloud platforms, networks, telecommunications, endpoints, and site connectivity âą Establish standards for system availability, performance, capacity planning, disaster recovery, and business continuity âą Lead service desk and technology operations, including service management processes, service levels, and operational performance metrics âą Direct the enterprise cybersecurity program, including security strategy, governance, monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and identity and access management âą Serve as executive leader for information security, technology risk management, and security-related stakeholder communications âą Oversee third-party technology risk management, vendor security assessments, and customer security compliance requirements âą Ensure compliance with regulatory, privacy, and security frameworks including SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, HIPAA, and GDPR âą Maintain IT risk management, audit readiness, internal controls, and compliance reporting processes âą Oversee enterprise business applications including ERP, CRM, productivity, collaboration, cloud, analytics, and workflow platforms âą Drive application integration, process automation, and technology modernization initiatives âą Establish enterprise data governance, reporting, analytics, and business intelligence strategies with executive leadership âą Rationalize technology platforms, reduce application redundancy, improve user adoption, and optimize technology investments âą Lead IT due diligence, integration planning, and post-acquisition technology integration for mergers and acquisitions âą Manage IT operating and capital budgets, resource allocation, and cost optimization âą Direct vendor relationships, contract negotiations, software licensing, and strategic sourcing âą Lead, develop, and mentor IT leaders and teams while communicating technology strategy, risks, priorities, and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
âą Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience âą Minimum of 12 years of progressive enterprise IT experience, including at least 5 years leading multi-functional IT organizations at the Director level or above âą Expertise leading enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, business applications, and IT operations within complex, multi-site organizations âą Hands-on experience managing enterprise-scale Microsoft and Azure environments, including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, cloud infrastructure, and related technologies âą Experience overseeing enterprise ERP, CRM, data, analytics, and business intelligence platforms, preferably including NetSuite, Salesforce, Azure Data Lake, and Power BI âą Success developing, implementing, and maintaining cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management programs, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, HIPAA, and GDPR frameworks âą Ownership of significant IT operating and capital budgets, vendor management, contract negotiations, and technology investment strategies âą Experience supporting global and multi-country business operations, with strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills âą Preferred experience within private equity-backed, acquisition-oriented, or rapidly growing organizations, including technology due diligence and post-acquisition integration âą Experience supporting distribution, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or field service operations and familiarity with enterprise customer security, compliance, and procurement requirements âą Knowledge of AI, machine learning, data governance, and advanced analytics environments âą Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, Azure Solutions Architect, ITIL, or similar credentials are preferred âą English used in daily operations; ability to read, interpret, and speak effectively
