📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for managers and partners • Drive organizational, talent, and cultural transformations • Coach leaders to hire, inspire, develop, and retain talent • Partner with HRBPs and stakeholders across multiple client groups • Collaborate with HR peers in Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, and Learning & Development • Advise managers and partners on consistent application of policies, procedures, and practices • Promote an ethical and compliant work environment • Coach managers to align team priorities with strategy and customer success • Engage regularly with partners to create best-in-class working experiences • Coach managers to create meaningful, personalized development plans • Influence hiring decisions • Assist with Performance Development, Compensation Planning, New Partner Orientation, and New Manager Assimilations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business or Human Resources • Minimum five years’ work experience in human resources • Required to travel <10% of the time as needed • Master’s degree in Human Resources desired • Expertise in a specialty area such as staffing, compensation, or organizational change • Sound knowledge of local labor laws and government requirements • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make independent decisions • Ability to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment • Excellent organizational and documentation skills • Ability to maintain integrity, compliance, and confidentiality
