📋 Description

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies • Source passive and active technical candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, networking, social media, and other sourcing platforms • Recruit for IT positions across systems administration, networking, cloud, VMware, data centers, infrastructure, DevOps, cybersecurity, and related technical roles • Conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate technical qualifications, communication skills, and overall fit • Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates • Negotiate offers and guide candidates through hiring and onboarding • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs • Track recruiting metrics and improve sourcing strategies • Stay current on technology hiring trends and market conditions

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (flexible for the right candidate) • Experience recruiting for IT or technology positions • Proven success sourcing passive technical talent • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and follow-through • Experience recruiting for IT consulting, managed services, or technology consulting organizations (preferred) • Experience using Workable ATS (preferred) • Experience with Indeed Resume, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, and advanced Boolean search techniques (preferred) • Experience recruiting Infrastructure, Cloud, VMware, Data Center, Networking, Cybersecurity, or Federal IT professionals (preferred) • Familiarity with VMware, Windows/Linux, networking, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), storage, virtualization, and enterprise infrastructure (preferred)
