📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for designated hourly and salaried roles • Manage candidate pipelines from application through initial screening • Conduct 15-to-30 minute phone screens assessing qualifications, pay rate, hours, location, and mission alignment • Schedule virtual interviews with health center leaders and providers • Collaborate with hiring managers across Maryland • Maintain proactive candidate communication via email and text • Use Lever ATS to record notes, track recruiting metrics, and manage candidate communications • Support an active pipeline of approximately 12 to 20 vacancies, primarily clinical support roles

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Prior healthcare, clinical staffing, or non-profit experience is a plus • Proven experience navigating Applicant Tracking Systems • Hands-on experience with Lever ATS is preferred • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to listen actively, build trust quickly, engage with diverse personality types, and keep hiring managers informed • Strong alignment with Planned Parenthood's mission • Exceptional time-management and organization skills • Independent drive to manage a high-volume recruiting pipeline • Right to work in the United States • COVID-19 vaccination required
