📋 Description

• Ensure DI equipment installation is completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to project specifications • Represent PowerSecure at the project site level • Oversee all construction activities • Be present for all equipment deliveries • Manage subcontractors and internal resources • Interface with the customer, utility, and local AHJs • Maintain safe and healthy work sites according to company standards, procedures, and legal requirements • Coordinate and administer daily safety briefs with contractors and company employees • Coordinate and lead project meetings with customers, utilities, subcontractors, and other stakeholders • Understand all aspects of projects and manage installations • Ensure project sites are tidy and comply with housekeeping standards • Coordinate with relevant parties for timely project execution • Communicate with senior staff to ensure projects are installed safely, on time, and within budget

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma • 2+ years of experience in construction; experience in energy industries preferred • Ability to read and communicate proficiently in English • Ability to use computers and standard office software proficiently • Ability to read and interpret construction documents • Must be punctual, organized, and professional • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience working with general contractors, subcontractors, customers, utilities, and AHJs • Knowledge of construction management and construction processes • Ability to identify and manage priorities with urgency while maintaining high quality and customer service • Must be able to lift 50 pounds • Must be able to work in various positions, including low to the ground or on a ladder • Must be willing and able to drive a company vehicle and/or fly commercially if necessary • Must be able to stand or walk for 3–4 hours at a time • Ability to work around varying weather climates, noise, energized electrical equipment, overhead hazards, and heavy machinery
