📋 Description

• Design and build agentic systems for enterprise clients, including workflow deployments, integrations, and production AI builds • Build internal agentic workflows across Praecipio's delivery, sales, and operations functions • Support advisory engagements requiring hands-on execution with clients • Ship alongside clients during engagements • Bring lessons from each build into the practice's shared patterns and methodology

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of seven years building a software engineering foundation • Strong software engineering background • Proficiency in DevOps • Proficiency in Quality Assurance (QA) • Comfort with Linux/Unix system administration in a non-Windows environment • Understanding of APIs, including REST, SOAP, and other interaction forms • A minimum of two years of experience in Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes or similar data platform work • Ability to work with Git platforms such as GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket and manage repositories • Proven ability to create software using coding agents such as Claude Code or Codex • Experience maintaining ongoing software projects and collaborating with other contributors • Experience in professional services or client-facing roles focused on emerging technology • U.S. work authorization eligibility is requested in the application • Atlassian background is helpful but not required
