📋 Description

• Verify software products and systems function according to business requirements and design documents • Develop and execute exploratory, manual, and automated tests • Establish appropriate test scenario coverage and manual-to-automated test coverage ratios • Apply enterprise methodologies and standards for version control, documentation, continuous integration, continuous deployment, automation, policy compliance, and team collaboration • Write validation criteria and test scripts • Execute test scripts and make independent decisions • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to teammates • Stay current with emerging testing technologies and capabilities • Maintain thorough knowledge of Premier products and the healthcare business domain • Adapt to changes in scope, schedule, and assignments • Travel 1–20% within the US

🎯 Requirements

• 4 or more years of applicable work experience • Bachelor's degree required • Proficiency in SQL, including single-table and multi-table joins • Knowledge of relational and dimensional database concepts • Experience with database query tools • Test automation development using AI, Java, Selenium, Cucumber, or equivalent technologies • Programming skills in one or more scripting or object-oriented languages, such as Python, Java, C#, or C++ • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes • Ability to adapt quickly to changes in scope, schedule, and assignments with little or no direction • Ability to provide guidance, support, and mentorship to teammates • Self-motivated to learn and stay current with emerging testing technologies • Thorough knowledge of Premier products and business domain • Ability to write validation criteria and test scripts • Ability to meet deadlines and change priorities quickly • Attention to detail • Ability to operate computer programs and software • Ability to communicate effectively in person and electronically • Ability to make independent decisions • Ability to work collaboratively in close quarters with peers and interruptions • Ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods • Ability to perform sedentary work, exerting up to 10 pounds occasionally • Ability to travel 1–20% within the US
