📋 Description

• Conduct market analyses and benchmarking using compensation data such as Culpepper and Radford • Measure compensation program effectiveness and equity • Design and manage grade structures; oversee job evaluation and maintain compensation-related tools and job pricing data • Partner with management on compensation data requests, including internal equity, retention, market, and bonus recommendations • Develop pay policies and programs • Design, implement, communicate, and measure incentive pay, bonus, and commission plans • Review compensation practices for compliance, including FLSA • Participate in headcount budget planning and own salary budget planning, including promotions, merit increases, and equity • Design, implement, and administer health, wellness, retirement, and ancillary benefit programs • Research plans and providers to optimize costs and meet organizational goals • Facilitate benefits plan design, selection, renewal, communications, and policy development • Lead annual open enrollment, communications, and vendor management • Manage regulated benefits processes including 5500 processing, nondiscrimination testing, 401(k), HSA, FSA, workers' compensation, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ACA, required notices, and FLSA audits • Reconcile benefits data, employee and payroll records, provider premiums, and billing • Drive employee benefits education initiatives and maintain accurate program data • Own and evolve the holistic Total Rewards philosophy across compensation, benefits, recognition, and wellness • Design and administer employee recognition programs • Develop and manage physical, mental, and financial wellness initiatives, including lifestyle account, EAP utilization, and wellness vendor partnerships • Measure recognition and wellness program participation, engagement, retention, and ROI; adjust programs based on findings • Benchmark recognition and wellness offerings against industry standards and competitors • Partner with business leaders, Culture Team, and internal communications to promote program utilization • Create scalable manager recognition and rewards frameworks and toolkits • Develop, implement, and measure the overall Total Rewards Strategy and present best-practice options • Present strategy and outcomes to HR leadership and executive stakeholders • Oversee the new hire and rewards SWAG program

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • 7+ years of benefits and compensation program management • Ability to develop and execute compensation and benefits strategies that enhance the employee experience • Experience designing or managing employee recognition and/or wellness programs, with a track record of measuring program effectiveness • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact effectively with all organizational levels • Professional certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) preferred • Experience with recognition platforms or wellness program vendors preferred • Experience with sales/commission plans preferred
